Pilates is an exercise and injury prevention class for all levels. Focusing on core strength, this class builds a repertoire of exercises throughout the semester designed to infuse concepts being presented in all technique classes. Pilates is also a great discipline for non-dancers, and all ages and levels are welcome. Comfortable movement clothes are suggested, mats available at the studio. Instructed by Erica Gionfriddo, recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) as a Pilates® Mat Teacher Trainer.
Conditioning will teach young men how to properly use their muscular support and alignment to enhance their control, agiility and form in regular dance classes. Class will emphasize strength and endurance building in a fun and supportive environment. Instructed by Manny Romero.
